The Navy Pier project in Chicago is made up of two components: The LEED-Silver certified Sable at Navy Pier, marking the milestone of the Curio Collection by Hilton’s 100th property. Opened in March 2021, Sable at Navy Pier is the first hotel on one of the city’s most iconic and historic landmarks, offering unparalleled views of Lake Michigan and the Chicago skyline like no other. This unique project joins the in June 2019 opened Guinness Book of World Records-recognized largest rooftop bar Offshore in the world.
