The Wooden office property is located at 8, Rue du Château
d’Eau, L-3364 Leudelange, Luxembourg. „Wooden“ is the
first wooden office building of this size in Luxembourg, as
well as the second administrative building in the country
part of the WELL Building Standard® certification process,
which was completed with the WELL Core Gold Certification
in April 2025.
